How long will my order take to arrive?
ALL items have an estimated dispatch time at the beginning of their description if they are made to order (usually 4-5 weeks). Otherwise items will be dispatched in 3-5 working days. Orders will be processed in the order in which they came in, so some packages will be dispatched sooner than the estimated processing time.
Should you have any concerns regarding dispatch times, please don't hesitate to send a message.
What are the Postage and Packing costs?
All orders are sent with Royal Mail.
Decorations and Signs start from £3.50 postage, and chunkier items start from £4.50.
If you live outside of the UK and require international postage, please email you the items you would like and I can give you a shipping quote. Buyers are responsible for all import duties and taxes in your country.
How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
You will receive email conformation once your order has been dispatched.
Can I change my delivery address after I've placed my order?
If you realise you have made a mistake in your address, please contact Paper Lace & Love as soon as possible after ordering. Addresses CANNOT be changed once orders have been dispatched and Paper Lace & Love accepts no responsibility if you order does not reach you due to a incorrect address given at time of purchase. If paying for a Facebook order via Paypal invoice, PLEASE ensure your paypal address is correct as this is the address it will be sent to. Paypal offers no insurance to sellers or buyers if items are not sent to the Paypal address listed in the transaction.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for some reason you are not happy with your item, please contact Paper Lace & Love within 7 days of receiving your order. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging and in the condition they were sent out in within 14 days. Items will not be refunded if they are returned damaged in some way due to careless packaging.
All refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the return being received and refunds will be made via the original payment method. Please note that times for the funds to appear back into your account are subject to your own banks’ terms and conditions.
For obvious reasons, custom pieces are not able to be refunded or exchanged unless deemed to have a fault.
In the unlikely event your item arrives to you damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your item with photo evidence. Assuming the issue is no fault of the buyers, a replacement will be sent at no extra cost to the buyer.
Caring for your items
Paper Lace & Love strongly recommend you keep paper cuts, decorations, signs, etc away from direct sources of light or heat. Although we do not imagine you will have issues, if faults occur and light or heat are deemed the reason, you will not be entitled to a refund.
When hanging your items, please take extra care. Handmade products are extremely delicate and need to be handled accordingly. Ensure your hook is strong enough to take the weight of the frame, hanging decoration or sign before hanging.
If faults occur due to improper care, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Colours and Details
Although Paper Lace & Love try to ensure all photographs of items are representative of the actual colours, some on-screen colours may vary from the actual product. Should you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact Paper Lace & Love. Please read the product descriptions on each item to gauge a better idea of product colours etc.
Please remember, these products are hand made, and therefore may vary slightly from the photograph shown of the product.
Unless otherwise stated, all framed artworks should be wall hung. Although they may seem stable enough to be free standing, Paper Lace & Love cannot recommend this and do not accept responsibility for damage as a result.
Do you take commissions?
At the moment I am not taking on any bespoke or commissioned work.

All artwork, images and ideas belong to Paper Lace & Love. Copying is not condoned and legal action will be taken if you are found to have stolen artwork, images or ideas that are property of Paper Lace & Love.
Templates of Artwork
I do not sell the vector files for the templates of my work. Paper Lace & Love can only be purchased here, fully finished and glittered!
