How long will my order take to arrive?
Almost all framed paper cuts are made-to-order, so please check individual item listings for information about dispatch processing times. Usually this is between 3-5 weeks. If you need an item sooner, I can usually accommodate rush orders but please enquire before purchasing. Orders will be processed in the order in which they came in, so some packages will be dispatched sooner than the estimated processing time.
If no dispatch time-frame is listed in the item description (e.g. cards, prints, notebooks etc) then items will be dispatched with 1-3 working days (please be aware that during busy periods this may increase to 3-5 working days.)
Should you have any concerns regarding dispatch times, please don't hesitate to send a message.

Caring for your Papercut
Paper Lace & Love strongly recommend you keep paper cuts away from direct sources of light or heat. Although we do not imagine you will have issues, if faults occur and light or heat are deemed the reason, you will not be entitled to a refund.
When hanging your paper cuts, please take extra care with these items. Framed paper cuts are extremely delicate and need to be handled accordingly. Ensure your hook is strong enough to take the weight of the frame before hanging.
If faults occur due to improper care, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Caring for your Jewellery
All papercuts inside the lockets are hand cut and hand finished, and therefore each will be slightly different and unique to you! Lockets are made of gold or silver coloured stainless steel and chains are 24inch lead free, nickel free, gold or silver plated chains. Chains have round lobster clasps. As with all plated jewellery, please take care of your jewellery to minimise tarnishing that may occur over time. Please do not get your jewellery wet, let it come into direct contact with perfume or wear it overnight. Please be aware that several factors such as excess humidity, sweat, and certain skin types may react with the metal and cause tarnishing. Please also do not use chemicals to clean your jewellery. Please store your jewellery separately from other metals and it’s advisable to clean with a soft cloth after each wear.
Colours and Frame Details
Although Paper Lace & Love try to ensure all photographs of items are representative of the actual colours, some on-screen colours may vary from the actual product. Should you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact Paper Lace & Love. Please read the product descriptions on each item to gauge a better idea of product colours etc.
Please remember, these products are hand cut from paper and are hand made, and therefore may vary slightly from the photograph shown of the product.
Unless otherwise stated, all framed artworks should be wall hung. Although they may seem stable enough to be free standing, Paper Lace & Love cannot recommend this and do not accept responsibility for damage as a result.
Please bare in mind that the 4.5x4.5, 7x7" and 9.5x9.5" frames have a white washed finished giving them a 'rustic' feel (4x4" frames are solid white) , small irregularities on frames are not classed as a fault, as we feel they add a rustic charm to the product.
Please be aware that unless discussed and priced accordingly, all commissioned designs are subject to being recreated by Paper Lace & Love. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact. Commissions and personalised pieces are non refundable for obvious reasons, and once work has commenced on your design you will not be entitled to a refund. I will always send a sketch of your design before I begin cutting for approval, please be sure to check all details in the sketch are 100% correct as they cannot be changed after I start cutting your piece. At time of ordering, please give as much detail as you can about what you would like to be included in your design as this is how I price your item. If additions and drastic changes occur after I have begun sketching, you may be liable to pay additional fees for the additional work.
All artwork, images and ideas belong to Paper Lace & Love. Copying is not condoned and legal action will be taken if you are found to have stolen artwork, images or ideas that are property of Paper Lace & Love.
Templates of Paper Cuts
I do not sell or supply templates of my papercut artwork. This is something I have considered and at this present moment I do not have any plans to release templates for the artwork.
